BMW Digitak Road MAp central Europe what maps use?

Hello a friend of my father has 740d from 1999 and I supose his sistem is mark 3 (in trunk cd reader, not DVD). Original cd is "BMW Digital Rad Map Central Europe" 2003-2. How can i get update? thank you
