gps problem nuvi 300

hi,
i have nuvi 300 with 6.20 firmware updated and europe unlocked 2017.20 installed on SD. The system recognize the map, i can see the map perfectly but the gps don't acquires satellites. It's an update problems? i can make downgrade?
