RNS 510/810 Maps - V14 SD version Europe

- Download files
- Now we decompress
- Burn the ISO file to a good quality CD or DVD
- The rest of files we pass to 8GB SD card
- Insert SD in browser and check that it plays the song
- Insert CD or DVD and make a Hard Reset
- Accept the procedure
- Stays at 31% for about 1 hour (no problem)
- When finished, we give it to accept and restart in browser.

i have nuvi 300 with 6.20 firmware updated and europe unlocked 2017.20 installed on SD. The system recognize the map, i can see the map perfectly but the gps don't acquires satellites. It's an update problems? i can make downgrade?

Newest maps for Garmin GVN 53

Hi there,

I can become a new Garmin GVN 53 device. It's a good alternative system for the OEM navigation system in my 2004 Volvo V70, I think. But there is not actually support from Garmin for this unit, but this is not so important for me. But very important is, that I can use actual maps on the unit.
I have investigate on many websites, but til today I'm not sure, if the GVN 53 works for example with the newest City Navigator 2017.30 soft for Garmin mobile navigation devices.
I think so, but I'm not sure.

Can anyone give me a reliable statement?

As it seems a lot of the newer models don't have fat so aren't simply updatable I can't find a definitive list of those that are.
So what's the best older model, 4-5" screen, enough memory for a couple of maps, fast. Bluetooth and mp3 etc not required.
